Baan Flora is a lovely beachfront villa with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, set in large landscaped gardens with spacious sundecks and a large private swimming pool. It sits overlooking one of the most tranquil beaches in Koh Samui, visited by few tourists. The only sound that can be heard is the occasional passing of a traditional long-tailed fishing boat.
The villa nestles in a secluded and very private position within Samui Beach Village, a new gated luxury villa development in the south-east of Koh Samui.
Its large living space includes a comfortable lounge with TV/music entertainment centre (as well as free high-speed Wi Fi throughout), a dining room and kitchen areas all neatly interlinked. The bedrooms are situated to the rear, while at the front are tropical gardens, sun-decking and your own private pool, beyond which lies the beach itself.
The property is entered from the private gated parking area at the end of the small road leading to the beach. The entrance to the villa is next to the large sun deck which also surrounds the very ample private swimming pool. Sandy beaches, stretching in both directions as far as the eye can see, are ideal for families to play and for couples to enjoy romantic walks along the coast.
Accommodation
The entrance leads you directly into the lounge, overlooking the pool and beach, with an adjacent dining area and modern kitchen facility to the rear.
The dining room is conveniently sited between the lounge and kitchen areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences for food preparation, including large fridge/freezer and microwave oven.
We pride ourselves on the standard of comfort we provide throughout the villa, from air conditioning and fans found in all rooms through to the quality of service assured by our villa manageress and staff.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobes, including a guest safe. There is also a large en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, separate shower unit and sink/toilet. The second bedroom is also tastefully decorated with a queen bed with en-suite bathroom.
Throughout the villa there are decorations and furnishings in traditional Thai style that so ideally complement the convenience of modern living.
There is also a guest suite set to one side of the villa, entered from the lounge area. It is equipped with a private sitting area and a separate section with twin beds, as well as its own en-suite bathroom. This facility is ideal for older children or for a second family.
Baan Flora is positioned in a tranquil setting overlooking the large white sandy beaches of Samui Beach Village. It provides a wonderful outdoor setting, with large sundecks spread out in front of the villa from which you can look over the tropical gardens through to the beaches.
The sun deck, next to the swimming pool, is complemented with sun loungers and shady umbrellas. There is also an outdoor dining area.

Facilities & Services
Baan Flora is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans to add to your comfort and relaxation. Satellite TV, DVD player and a compact sound system and ADSL internet connection are provided for the entertainment of our guests.
There is also a full-time villa manageress, Fiona, who will ensure you have a perfect holiday. She is an integral part of the fully serviced accommodation and is supported by five members of staff who take care of the rooms, gardens and pools. She can also arrange for you to have an in-house chef should you wish, or provide food and drinks, organise tours, activities or taxis. There is also the villa car available for rent. We can even arrange for you to have massage and beauty treatments in your own villa.

Baan Flora is in a superb location for people looking to lose themselves in the beauty of Koh Samui's gorgeous beaches and lush tropical landscape. The villa is set in Samui Beach Village, a small luxury living development far away from the busy tourist areas of Samui.
With unspoiled beaches in the relatively undeveloped south-eastern coast, Samui Beach Village has been created amid a profusion of coconut palms and tropical landscaped gardens. Convenient for Koh Samui's many attractions, it is only a 20 minute boat ride to Koh Tan and Koh Mudsum, two neighbouring islands which are well-known for their fantastic fishing and snorkelling.
You are only ten minutes away from Lamai Beach, 30 minutes from Chaweng and Samui's top golf course, and 35 minutes from the airport, so you are never far from the action. But while there is easy access to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and other activities, you will still feel you are on your own tropical island paradise.
Samui itself is also home to excellent medical care, and there are hospitals, clinics, dentists and pharmacies all round the island. Together with all the various Thai health spas, many of which are within a short distance of Samui Beach Village, all your health care needs can be satisfied.
